*SECONDS!* This kiln load was fired one cone too hot and the color reaction was dramatic. There is nothing wrong with these planters other than the tone of the clay fired much cooler and grayer. A pedestal style planter thrown in two pieces and trimmed to fit each base perfectly. 

Glazed inside raw clay exterior.

The top can be removed so you can toss spent water, or fill bottom basin to create a self watering system using string through the potted plants root system.
