Refund policy
Any issues with an order, should be reported within 7 days of delivery date.
If something has arrived broken, take pictures! And reach out ASAP. We will need evidence to make the claim. Take pictures of the item, how it was packed and of the box. Any broken items will have to be claimed through the insurance via the delivery service, reach out to me at mahlory@kleiceramics.com so I can initiate the claim within 7 days. You will be asked to confirm the claim.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact mahlory@kleiceramics.com to initiate a return. I am happy to issue a refund once I receive the returned product(s).
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage and necessary insurance. Please be sure to pack your items up as securely as they were sent and relay tracking information to me.
If items returned items are broken on arrival to Klei Ceramics and without proper insurance a refund will not be issued. If an item arrives broken I will let you know immediately and if you purchased proper insurance we will work through that process. You will be responsible for initiating the claim with your shipping service.
Once I receive an in tact return I'll inspect the item and issue a refund minus the original shipping cost within 7 days of the arrival.
Klei Ceramics is not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure the return address provided is correctly written and legible on your return.
