Shipping

I will ship with the service you choose in checkout. I try to get all orders packed within two business days, but as a one woman shop sometimes this is not realistic. Please take note of any banner notices on a "shop break" or "shipping delay"

Insurance is applied to every package! If you receive a broken piece please email mahlory@kleiceramis.com within 48 hours of "delivered" status! We will need photos of the box it arrived in with all labels visible and the broken piece to start the insurance claim process.

Please pay attention to your tracking, Klei Ceramics is not responsible for any package once in the possession of the carrier. If a package is stolen from your doorstep you can file a claim with the carrier.

Klei Ceramics is not responsible for any product after it has left out possession.
